Jan Nagel ist Gründer von Pi24/7 und von Energy-Data.io. Er lebt auf Mauritius und arbeitet für Kunden in Deutschland und weltweit: vor Ort oder remote. 15 Jahre Projekterfahrung entlang der gesamten energiewirtschaftlichen Wertschöpfungskette: Erzeugung, Netzinfrastruktur und Verbrauch, darunter Projektleitung und Projektsupport bei Erzeugern und Übertragungsnetzbetreibern sowie kommerzielle Governance großer Infrastrukturprojekte.
Er ist IPMA-, Scrum- und Anthropic-zertifiziert und verbindet diese Projekterfahrung mit tiefer KI-Expertise: vom Aufbau AI-nativer Knowledge Hubs bis zu Agents und Tools, die Projektentscheidungen live und abfragbar halten.

Sebastian Wordelmann ist Senior Projekt- und Contractmanager bei Pi24/7 und in Hamburg ansässig. Über 10 Jahre Beratungserfahrung in Energieprojekten: von Schneider Electric über Vattenfall und Wärme Hamburg bis zu zahlreichen weiteren Mandaten. Tiefe Expertise in Planung und Umsetzung großer Infrastrukturprojekte im Millionenbereich. Er kennt die Herausforderungen von Projekt- und Contractmanagern und die typischen Aufgaben eines Project Office aus erster Hand.
IPMA-zertifiziert, Scrum-zertifiziert und mit Grundlagen in der Python-Programmierung. Er schafft Überblick und Zusammenhänge, um Ihren Knowledge Hub aufzubauen und mit Ihnen zielgerichtet Tools und Agenten zu entwickeln.

Um dieses Kernteam herum steht ein Netzwerk seniorer Projektleiter aus dem Energiesektor: von Greenfield-Projekten zu Retrofitmaßnahmen und von Erzeugung zur Übertragung und Verteilung sowie angrenzender Domänen. Pi24/7 besetzt Rollen mit Menschen, die Ihre Projekte kennen und bei Ihnen in den Lenkungskreisen und anderen Schnittstellenterminen gesessen haben. Jan Nagel is founder of Pi24/7 and of Energy-Data.io. He is based in Mauritius and works for clients in Germany and worldwide: in person or remote. 15 years of project experience across the entire energy value chain: generation, grid infrastructure, and consumption, including project leadership and project support at generators and transmission system operators as well as commercial governance on large infrastructure projects.
He is IPMA-, Scrum-, and Anthropic-certified and combines that project background with deep AI expertise: from building AI-native knowledge hubs to agents and tools that keep project decisions live and queryable.

Sebastian Wordelmann is Senior Project and Contract Manager at Pi24/7 and based in Hamburg. 10+ years as a consultant across energy projects: from Schneider Electric to Vattenfall, Wärme Hamburg, and many more. Deep expertise in the planning and execution of large multi-million infrastructure projects. He knows the challenges of project and contract managers and the typical work of a project office first-hand.
IPMA-certified, Scrum-certified, and with foundations in Python programming. He builds overview and connections to set up your Knowledge Hub and to develop tools and agents with you in a targeted way.

Around that core team sits a network of senior project managers from the energy sector: from greenfield projects to retrofit measures and from generation to transmission and distribution as well as related domains. Pi24/7 staffs roles with people who know your projects and have sat with you in steering committees and other interface meetings. The network complements domain project experience with AI competence: from building knowledge hubs to introducing agents and tools into live programmes.
